It is an impossibility to please everyone, which goes against our instinct to do just that; please everyone. Sometimes we may fall short, but the majority approve of our offerings and efforts. If you enjoy your experiences here, please write in to one of the many food review sites online ( see the various links at the end of this email). Online recognition and visibility has become a very important facet of our business. We take reviews seriously and make related adjustments accordingly. So if you think that our veal or pasta or entertainment etc, is top notch, why not tell someone? It lets us know you approve, and gives us a clearer understanding of what our large customer base appreciates. -We are taking the salt & pepper shakers off our tables. Pepper, of course, is ground at your table by a server, but salt has been shown to be so deleterious to health that we've taken the temptation away. I dont want to make this sound like a public service announcement, but if it makes a difference, we'll give it a try. They will be provided at your request.
