Healthy Italian

A customer sent in the following recipe for a very simple and quick fish dish. Great for a quick and healthy meal, indoors or out. It can be used with various types of fish, freshly prepared with simple ingredients and cooked in either an oven or a temperature controlled outdoor grill. Enjoy!

This is a quick and simple healthy fish recipe. The fish can be whole or steak already de-boned.
To prepare this simple healthy fish recipe you need:
Fish
Bread crumbs
Fresh Parsley
Garlic
Salt
Whole fish: Clean your fish and remove all the inside, put them aside, take bread crumbs in a container, add the cut parsley and salt, crush garlic and add to the bread crumbs and with a spoonful of water mix
Then stuff this mixture inside the fish and whatever remains on the top in an oven container that has been smeared with olive oil (or any oil that you use to cook)
Put in the oven until cooked, this can be served with potatoes or your wish!
And for the steak you do the same only that you dip it into bread crumbs and cover with the remaining.
This gives fish an inviting yummy taste.
biggest loser, biggest loser nbc, healthy recipes, biggest loser diet, biggest loser meal plan
Note: Can be very very yummy, and very very healthy :)

quote of the week

"Some beach somewhere, theres a big umbrella casting shade over an empty chair. Palm trees are growing, warm breezes blowing. I picture myself there, some beach somewhere."
