You may have noticed we've made some significant additions to our menu. Many more healthy choices have been added. We will be including more "vegetarian" items and more nutritionally balanced and beneficial offerings. 

If you dont know; we serve fresh fish, more organically and locally grown produce ( when seasonal ), healthier cuts of meats and plenty of fresh fruit.

As someone in my generation once said, " you are what you eat" and this couldn't be truer today. Connections with processed foods and illness has been established and, as such, a restaurant like ours avoids any of those foods and products.
